Delivery & Shipping
Processing time: Orders are shipped within 24 business hours after payment is confirmed.
Delivery time: Delivery usually takes between 7 and 15 business days, and may take up to 25 days during peak periods.
You'll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number once your order has shipped. This number lets you track your parcel in real time.
Shipping is free worldwide. However, customs duties or taxes may apply to international orders and are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & Refunds
Personalised items cannot be returned. Other items must be returned in new, unused condition with all tags, within 14 days of receipt.
Return costs are the customer's responsibility.
A €5.99 fee applies to cover logistics costs, except for size exchanges.
Washing & Care
Wash your items by hand or in the machine at 30°C maximum.
Air dry and avoid the tumble dryer to preserve quality.
Iron at low temperature and inside out, avoiding printed designs.
