Orders & Cancellations

  • Once the order is confirmed, cancellation is no longer possible as we ship it within 24 hours. However, you have 14 days after receipt to return non-personalised items in new condition. See our Refund Policy for details.
  • We can't guarantee the address can be changed after the order is confirmed. If needed, contact us quickly at information@gamedayfrance.com, and we'll do our best to help.

Delivery & Shipping

  • Processing time: Orders are shipped within 24 business hours after payment is confirmed.
  • Delivery time: Delivery usually takes between 7 and 15 business days, and may take up to 25 days during peak periods.
  • You'll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number once your order has shipped. This number lets you track your parcel in real time.
  • Shipping is free worldwide. However, customs duties or taxes may apply to international orders and are the customer's responsibility.
  • If your order is damaged or lost in transit, contact our customer service immediately at information@gamedayfrance.com. We'll take care of resolving the issue.

Returns & Refunds

  • Personalised items cannot be returned. Other items must be returned in new, unused condition with all tags, within 14 days of receipt.
  • Return costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • A €5.99 fee applies to cover logistics costs, except for size exchanges.

Washing & Care

  • Wash your items by hand or in the machine at 30°C maximum.
  • Air dry and avoid the tumble dryer to preserve quality.
  • Iron at low temperature and inside out, avoiding printed designs.
