Cancellation Policy

At Game Day, we are committed to shipping your orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Due to this fast processing time, our cancellation rules are as follows:

1. Cancellation before shipment

  • If your order has not yet been prepared, we can consider your request. Contact us immediately at information@gamedayfrance.com, providing your order number.
  • No guarantee can be given: if the order is already being prepared or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Cancellation after shipment

  • Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
  • However, you can benefit from our return policy: you have 14 days after receipt to return unused items, in new condition and with all tags. See our Refund Policy for full details.

3. Personalized items

  • Personalized items (name, number, crest, specific flocking, etc.) are custom-made upon payment confirmation. They cannot be cancelled or returned, except in case of manufacturing defect.

4. Incorrect shipping address

  • If you have entered an incorrect address, please consult our Address Change Policy and contact us as soon as possible.
